My name is Sally and I’m the Content Manager for a small senior advice site. I’m writing to you because all too often I have heard people say they are too old to exercise or keep fit. However, when I was on vacation in Japan recently, people of all ages were doing morning and evening exercises (including dancing). This has proven especially pertinent to me because my elderly parents have recently taken the plunge and begun to exercise once more, proving that age really isn’t a barrier to staying fit and well.
Encouraging senior fitness is something I’m keen to see written about. Recently, we released an eye-opening piece about Shirley Webb who only a few years ago could not pull herself up, but can now deadlift 225 pounds – a world record for her age group – she’s 78! She was kind enough to share her tips on how to train as a senior. You can check out the article here: https://www.senioradvisor.com/

I know you are busy, so I’ll keep this quick. I found aqualogixfitness.com recently, and you reminded me of our guide. Having read https://aqualogixfitness.com/a
qua-blog/ I felt this is a subject you would like to share. Of course, while it’s not good to copy the whole piece in its entirety, I am more than happy to write a brief introduction or summary for you to put on your website.
