I have found working out in water to be most powerful and satisfying workout I have ever tried. I’ve been a personal trainer for going on 5 years and I have tried it all. Although I love the feel of a good weight lifting workout and I love the burn and exhaustion the following day which lets me know it was a good one; it sometimes can be too much on my body and I find myself having a hard time functioning because I’m so darn sore. The best thing about working out in water is that you still get the amazing cardiovascular benefits, along with muscular strength due to the resistance you get in every single second of movement and its low impact. I know when I get out of the water after doing an AquaLogix workout I not only feel my heart beating as if I just went for a run but I feel alive and awake and rejuvenated. My joints don’t hurt and my muscles aren’t so sore that I’m not sure I will be able to walk the next day. In the end I feel absolutely amazing and ready to proceed with the day and I actually look forward to getting in the water and doing it again. Plus being in water is fun for all ages and safe as well. Seniors and pregnant women don’t have to worry about falling and it’s low impact so it’s good for your joints. Pregnant women are able to do more in water and not worry about the strain on the body or the baby. You’re not likely to pull a muscle or twist an ankle. In the end I believe this is going to revolutionize fitness and change the way people look at exercise. Water makes exercising fun and life is about being healthy so we can enjoy all the wonderful things it has to offer.
“The new Aqualogix fins are the AWESOME! I love using the green fins to increase the challenge of my aquatic martial arts training. When I’m throwing hooks and uppercuts with the green fins on my wrists I can really feel the drag resistance through the water. It feels like I’m moving in slow motion while I’m training, but once I take the fins off I feel an amazing burst of speed! As a professional trainer and former MMA fighter, I know all the science behind muscle activation and maximum muscle engagement, but that knowledge doesn’t compare to the feeling I get after I’ve done a shadow boxing session using AquaLogix fitness gear.
Hi, my name’s Jim Anduiza, and I’m an AquaLogix fanatic. I found out about this program two and a half years ago, with Chris Kaipos, and I’ve been training under him four days a week for the past two and a half years. I’ve lost 40 pounds, 40 plus pounds. I’ve taken six inches off my waist. I’m a double lung transplant survivor, and my breathing’s never been better. This is just a really, really great program. Can’t say enough about it.
My name is Suzie Boling. I’ve been working in the water for almost 20 years. I’m ACE and AEA certified and I’ve worked with Boomers but my primary focus has been with Seniors. When I discovered AquaLogix last year, I found a type of equipment that could really help me expand training for Seniors who as they age, they not only lose their ability to balance but neurologically they start to slow down. Using this equipment to do cross-body motion, to do things to help them really feel their core where maybe at this point they hadn’t. It’s been amazing.
My name is Frank Quintana. I’m a retired stonemason. I’ve been always pretty much an unlimited athlete, most of my young life, and it’s really great to have that sensation again come back into my life. That’s been through working with this. This AquaLogix product. It’s the cuffs on my legs, or the ones on my wrists. It’s just tremendous, the resistance that I’ve been getting in the water, especially when you’re doing the tight rolling exercises, and that shaking the bells, and the working the back and forth, and hands out.
